A dedicated public support address is not listed in the current PorchGrab code or configuration, so this page does not invent one.
For listing questions
Use the Contact seller button on a listing to start an in-app message with the seller. Keep meetup details practical and avoid sharing sensitive information in public listing text.
For account or site support
A public support channel will be added here when it is available. Until then, do not send private account information through unrelated sites or social profiles claiming to represent PorchGrab.
For safety concerns
If a meetup feels unsafe, pause the exchange and choose a different public location or cancel the pickup. For emergencies, contact local emergency services directly.
