Basic use terms
PorchGrab helps people create local listings and message about nearby pickups. These terms are a plain-language summary for using the current app.
Local marketplace use
Use PorchGrab for lawful household items that can be described accurately and exchanged locally. Do not post misleading listings, prohibited goods, spam, or content that harms other users.
Listings and estimates
Pricing suggestions are informational estimates, not appraisals or guarantees. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listing descriptions, photos, condition notes, prices, and availability status.
Messages and meetups
Buyers and sellers are responsible for deciding whether to meet, where to meet, and whether to complete a transaction. Use public, well-lit places when practical, inspect items before taking them home, and do not share sensitive personal information unnecessarily.
No payment or shipping service
PorchGrab does not process payments, hold funds, provide buyer protection, create shipping labels, or arrange delivery. Payment and pickup details are handled directly between buyer and seller.
Account responsibility
Keep your account credentials private and use a real email address you control. If you notice suspicious activity, stop using the affected account until support options are available.
